Product Application, Care and Maintenance

There are several things you can do to take care of your signs.  Following these simple steps can help you prolong the life of our product. 

Vehicle Magnetics

• It's important that you remove your magnetics from your vehicle at least once per week.  Store them overnight on something flat like a washer, dryer, or refrigerator.  If you fail to remove the magnetics from your vehicle often enough, the sun can weld the magnetic backing to the vehicle's clear coat.

• When you apply your magnetics, make sure the entire surface is adhering to the curves and contours of your vehicle without any gaps.  This will ensure your magnetic won't fly off your vehicle while you drive.

Washing Your Vehicle

• With printed or cut vinyl lettering and logos, the most important rule is not to pressure wash too close.  Keep a distance of at least two feet between your vehicle and the nozzle of your pressure washer.

• Avoid pressure washing the vinyl at a harsh angle.  Keep the stream of water pointed directly at the surface.

• The same rules apply to a full- or half-wrap.  Getting too close to the surface of a wrapped vehicle can cause tearing or peeling.
